This tasty Tigernut Porridge has us like whoa, porridge.

Porridge is one of our fav foods, its warming, comforting and just all round satisfying – that Goldilocks, was really on to something!

Here is a Tigernut twist on traditional porridge that’s better than your wildest porridge dreams, or any fairytale for that matter!

Very simple Tigernut porridge


Serves 1

1. Bring 200ml of your preferred milk to boil in a saucepan
2. Add 3 Tbsp of oats and 3 Tbsp of tigernut flour – stir through
3. Add a sprinkle of vanilla and cinnamon, half a mashed banana and reduce heat.
4. Simmer for 3-5 mins.
5. Transfer to a bowl, add your fav toppings and hey presto – porridge worth getting chased by bears for 😉
